Bill Graves

Managing Director

Bill started his career in the Pharmaceutical industry where he developed skills in several areas. Initially in sales he went on to work in training and development. Producing training and development packages for some of the largest products in the industry. Worked with marketing teams to help produce specific competitor sales items. Worked with medical and legal departments to produce specific product packs. Finally working in management, where he recruited and lead successful sales teams managing and growing millions of pounds worth of business.

James Pearce

Commercial Director

Having been versed in the dark art of sales, James founded Tailwind with his business partner Bill in 2008. A lover of process and a stickler for detail, James' determination to have a happy client is a constant and key driver at Tailwind. Commercial Director only begins to describe James' involvement at Tailwind. Founder, motivational speaker and generally good egg, James is the person you didn't know was working on your job.

Aaron Howard

Creative Director

Aaron began his journey into the Media Industry in 2004. He studied for two years in Moving Image gaining a BTEC National Diploma at Bedford College before acquiring a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film and Television Studies at the University of Northampton. After leaving higher education Aaron then began work as a freelance camera operator/editor, Director and Producer. The highlight being a travel food documentary he directed and produced in Kosovo, Albania and Montenegro. Upon his return from the Balkans he joined Tailwind in 2010. Aaron has been the Creative Director of Tailwind since 2016, leading a team of talented creatives as we produce work for some largest brands in the UK and worldwide.

Tim Lewis

Director of Post-Production

Tim has been ‘fixing it in post’ since 2005. Having previously worked in the post-production department of at a broadcast company, Tim is proud to be Tailwind’s very first employee. A devoted cynic and keen problem-solver, Tim can always be relied upon to spot the pitfalls of any project, meaning that you, the client, won’t ever need to know about it. Tim has been in role as the Director of Post Production since 2016 and can be found worrying about your project in our Hoxton office.

Andrew Marshall

Video & Events Producer

Andrew studied Music Technology and Film Production in Staffordshire from 2006-2010 where he learnt a wide range of production skills. Post-University he worked freelance on a number of projects whilst also working as a front of house sound engineer in a busy music venue. After a few years as Media Technician at Bedford College where he honed his technical skills further and helped educate students on production techniques, Andrew joined Tailwind as a Video and Events Producer in 2017.

Adam Gardener

Head of Events & Exhibitions

Adam started at Tailwind in 2017 having previously ran his own exhibition company for 12 years. He has organised successful events and serviced exhibitions across Europe. Currently head of events and exhibitions for Tailwind but also gets involved in sales and account managing in the video production side of the business where Tailwind is so strong.

Chris Forsdike

Filmmaker

Chris recently graduated from his degree in Media Production and achieved the award of 1st class honours from the University of Bedfordshire. While studying forhis degree, he completed many freelance jobs for a variety of production companies and businesses in and around Bedfordshire. He continued and expanded on these freelance jobs after graduating. He loves being up to date with all the new technology that will soon be available in the media world, so there isn’t a job that’s too challenging to shoot; he will find a way.

Michelle Wright

Production Co-Ordinator

Michelle has over 6 years of production experience on shoots for some of the UK's biggest brands. From location sourcing, catering, to managing hair and makeup artists, there isn’t much Michelle hasn’t been involved in at Tailwind. Filming on location is challenging at the best of times, so having a Production Coordinator like Michelle in place is vital to the success on the day. It is Michelle’s aim is to allow the Creative team to do what they do best, without the logistics of the project getting in the way. She takes pride in making the work for the production crew and client as comfortable as possible.

Kelly Sambridge

Designer

Kelly is an experienced designer who is multi disciplined with a wealth of experience after over twenty years of working in different design areas, covering magazines, packaging, event signage, PowerPoint presentations, eshots, illustration, image manipulation/retouching, branding, stationery and training manuals.
